Our mission

Parasztsuli exists to keep practical country skills alive — and to pass them from the people who still practise them to anyone willing to learn.

Baking bread from your own sourdough, making cheese and preserves, keeping bees, pruning an orchard, milking a goat: knowledge that once moved from neighbour to neighbour and can be lost in a single generation. We think it is worth keeping.

Real skills, learned by hand

This is not a video course. Every workshop happens somewhere real — a kitchen, a farm, an orchard, an apiary — and you leave having done the thing with your own hands, alongside someone who does it for a living.

For the people who teach, too

We connect the people who hold these skills with the people who want them. An organiser announces a workshop, opens it for sign-ups and keeps track of who is coming — without a spreadsheet, and without handing anyone's details to a platform that will resell them.
